Shipping policy

Every order ships free, with tracking.

Processing: 1–3 business days. You'll get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link as soon as your robe is on the move. Delivery: typically 8–12 business days from dispatch.

If tracking hasn't moved for 5+ business days, email hello@zoomierobe.com and we'll chase the carrier immediately. If your order is lost in transit for more than 30 days, we send a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Need to fix a shipping address? Email within 12 hours of ordering.
