60-Day Zoomie-Proof Guarantee

We keep this simple. If your Zoomie Robe comes off mid-zoomie, doesn't fit, arrives damaged, or your dog simply refuses to be a burrito — we'll replace it or refund you in full. You have 60 days from delivery to decide.

How to get a refund or replacement: Email us at hello@zoomierobe.com with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays with either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

The details: Wrong size? We'll send the correct size free — no need to return the original. Damaged or defective? Full refund or instant replacement, your choice. Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging qualify for a full refund within 60 days. Refunds process within 3–5 business days of approval. No restocking fees. No drama.
