Sizing questions

Happy to help you pick. Include your dog's neck, chest, and back length (measured while they're standing) and their breed, and we'll tell you which size to order. Most answers take one reply. You can also check the size chart yourself — and when in doubt, size up.

Order questions

Include your order number and we'll look it up. Orders ship with tracking and typically arrive within 8–12 business days; you'll get a tracking link as soon as yours is on the move.

Returns and exchanges

Our 30-Day Fit Promise covers you: if the fit isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or return. Items need to be clean, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
